Interested in rowing crew?

Rocket City Rowing is looking for new crew members, specifically juniors.  You don’t have to have any experience.

During lunch on Tuesday, the Rocket City Rowing Club set up four rowing stations and tethered them to a Cleartouch board so that students could row against each other.  Club members also advised students and staff on how to row correctly.

Rocket City Rowing launches into the Tennessee River from Hobbs Island Road, about one mile from Ditto Landing in south Huntsville.

Mr. Congo, Bob Jones Latin teacher and a rower himself, can provide interested students with more information.
