Eladio Carrion, Puerto Rican rapper and trapstar, released his new album 3MEN2 KBRN a week ago on March 17, 2023 and people have been saying it’s his best work yet.

This album is different from his others because in this one he has collaborations with a lot of American rappers ranging from 50 Cent to Fivio Foreign. He has generations of artists, past and present featured on here. With inspirations that made his sound like Lil Wayne, it really makes this album come full circle for Eladio. He spoke on BigBoy’s podcast about the release and talked about how crazy it was to meet 50 Cent and how long he had manifested that collaboration.

The most popular song on the album “Coco Chanel,” which features the king of music right now, Bad Bunny (not biased). It got a lot of attention due to Bad Bunny rapping about his new relationship with supermodel and world-famous person Kendall Jenner. Bad Bunny throws shots at Kendall Jenner’s ex, NBA player Devin Booker by saying “the sun in Puerto Rico is hotter than the one in Phoenix and she knows it,” making a play on words of the team Phoenix Suns which Booker is a part of. The song follows an upbeat reggaeton drum with synths and 808s accompanying it, with Eladio and Bad Bunny exchanging bars throughout the song.

It’s unfortunate that the album is getting more coverage about Bad Bunny and not about Eladio’s accomplishments because he really deserves his flowers for this project. He managed to make a consistent album that doesn’t feel bloated and that has good production all throughout.

My biggest takeaway from all of this is that Eladio Carrion is a reminder that with hard work and dedication, you can achieve your goals and ambitions.
