On Saturday, 1 March 2025, the Bob Jones AFJROTC Marksmanship team competed for national qualification in the Civilian Marksmanship Program JROTC 3Par competition in Anniston, AL. Unfortunately, no members of the team qualified for nationals, but an outstanding effort was shown this Saturday. As team commander C/Carson Drake best puts it, “underperformance leaves room for improvement”. As our cadets strove for excellence, they scored points of 480, 455, 447, 415, 404, 381, 323, 302, 254, and 243. The top five scorers were Molly Halter, Brayden Richardson, Carson Drake, Olivia Collins, and Rachel Parnell. The unit wishes the shooters the best of luck as their season continues.
