A new Fleet Feet will soon be opening here in Madison at the newly renovated shopping center Hughes Plaza. Fleet Feet is a well-known shoe store that specializes in running shoes and athletic wear.

Many people are familiar with the Huntsville store that has been successfully running for 17 years. Despite its success, the area has grown so much in recent years that there is a need for a Madison-based location.

Isaac Allen, a cross country runner at Bob Jones who will soon be working at the Madison location said, “I am excited for the opening of Fleet Feet in Madison because I won’t have to drive to south Huntsville every time I buy running shoes. I think it will be successful because there are a lot of runners in the area.” 

The new store will make it more convenient for runners who are looking to buy shoes without driving far out. Fleet Feet in Madison is set to open on March 13th.
