So you think you can sing? Dance? Steal the show with your acting skills? If you answered “yes” to any of the above, we think you should audition for this year’s musical! Catch Me If You Can is a jazzy, snazzy joyride that will have you tapping along in no time. It’s based on the true story of a teen conman’s race against a hardboiled detective.

Sounds like your cup of tea? Rehearsals are after school and open to everyone. They’re from the 27th—31st, with each day devoted to a different category.

Monday: auditions for girls, choir room at 4 P.M.

Tuesday: auditions for guys, choir room at 4 P.M.

Wednesday: learning the dance routine, auditorium from 4-6

Thursday: performing the dance routine, auditorium from 4-6

Friday: callbacks for lead characters, 1 P.M.(half-day)

You’ll need a one-minute monologue for auditions, as well as a one-minute song with instrumentals or sheet music. Don’t forget your aux cord! The song can be anything you’re comfortable with; you can even sing Happy Birthday or Amazing Grace. There are only 10 soloists needed, so you can go for the ensemble cast or a non-singing role if that’s not your thing.

There’s a Patriot Path on the 22nd if you need more information. You can also sign up for Remind by texting @k6bh6f to 81010.
