Bob Jones is gearing up for standardized testing! On September 30th, all sophomores will be taking the Pre-ACT in the building; students will arrive between 7:45 and 8:15. They will report to the testing location found on the BJ Patriot Dashboard. Make sure you remember your MCS username, password, and credentials! To ensure safety and enforce social distancing practices, there will be no more than twelve students in a testing room, and virtual students will be grouped together. Everyone is responsible for bringing a mask, a number two pencil, an approved calculator, and some form of Student ID. Testing will likely be over by 11:45; remember to keep your mask on at all times! If a student needs a sack lunch, they can fill out this form. MCS asks that you stay home if you begin showing symptoms.

On Wednesday, October 14th, all 10th graders and select 11th graders will be taking the PSAT; juniors who are interested in participating can pay the $17 fee to Mrs. Rock in-person, online, or via mailed-in check. The deadline for juniors to register is September 30th. On October 28th, seniors will take the ACT WorkKeys; there is no fee for this assessment. For both the PSAT and the WorkKeys, testing is expected to end by 12:45 at the latest. Please keep transportation in mind, and remember that cell phones are prohibited during testing. Even while social distancing and adjusting to changing schedules, Bob Jones kids can still bring in top scores!
