Immaturity has taken its toll on local Madison Parks. Graffiti-plastered rocks can be found at recreation areas like Rainbow Mountain and Mill Creek Dog Park. Many residents who walk the trails of these parks are bothered by the defacing. As a result, the Madison Police Department are setting up security cameras to catch those who are responsible for the vandalism.

My name is Lilly Higdon, and I’m a sophomore. My role for Patriot Pages is a photo editor and news writer outside of school I do karate. I’ve been doing it for about 9 years, and I’m a second-degree black belt. I also spend tons of my time with my friends and family. My Nikon D3500, phone and laptop are pretty much my life. Later in life, I want to be a Wildlife Biologist and travel the world.
