The game takes commitment, and if you are willing to commit, great and fun times can and will be had in abundance.” Turner Lewis, another avid player of the game, said, “I like that the makers of the game update Dust 514 monthly, and I think some players will stay because of that.”
The player calls the shots in Dust 514. The player gets to choose his skills. He gets to choose what type of player he will be. For example, the player may choose to become proficient in skills like speed and handling of light weaponry. By selecting this set of skills, this player would likely be a scout.
Vehicle selection also plays a prominent role in Dust 514. Different players will choose different vehicles, according to their preferences. This is just one more way in which the player can exercise liberty.
Matthew Adamczyk said, “Dust 514 has a long way to go but has so much potential compared to other generic first person shooter games.”
