Kanye’s Name Is Now Ye?

Kanye Omari West is an American rapper, producer, fashion designer, and much more. Recently, Kanye has legally changed his name to Ye, and now you may be wondering why he did this.

The word Ye is frequently used in the Bible, and used as a pronoun for when you are talking to more than one person. For example, “Judge not, that ye be not judged” (King James Bible). Ye’s old name “Kanye” means the only one. His new name “Ye,” in his own words, “It went from being Kanye, which means the only one, to just Ye being a reflection of our good, our bad, our confused, our everything.” Although that being said, Kanye is an Igbo name meaning “Let’s give.” Ye also stated, “Personal reasons” for the name change. There’s also some rumor of Satanic shenanigans, but let’s not even go there.

Other famous artists have changed their names. The artist Sean John Combs is now Sean Love Combs, and he’s been known as Puffy, Puff Daddy, Diddy, etc. The artist formerly known as Prince changed his name to a symbol.

With everything being stated, Kanye has been suffering from mental issues and has been diagnosed with bipolar disorder and has been in and out of psychiatric care for it.

Perhaps he may change his name back.

We have no idea as “the artist formerly known as Kanye” is random and makes decisions irrationally as he’s done in the past.
