The sports bistreaux, est. in 2003, is now finally opening in the Huntsville-Madison area. Our new location is in the Clift Farms area, and it is open. Here you can take a look at the restaurant’s qualities and see if it will be worth going to.
Looking at the menu, we can see it’s divided into starters, drinks, food categories, and more. Beginning with the starters, we can see favorites such as fried pickles, shrimp, cheeseburger sliders, mozzarella sticks, and even exotic food such as fried alligator! Next we can look into the main dishes and see lots of salads, handhelds, burgers, and even stews and gumbo. There are a lot of Cajun-inspired entrees. Once you’re done with your main meal, you have a few dessert options: doughnut bread pudding, beignet bites, and a warm cookie sundae. It’s safe to say it may not be the biggest selection, but it’s even safer to say that with how much food there is for the side and main dishes, you may not even want dessert after.
Tthe menu is well organized and offers many great dishes, sides, drinks and more; however, the menu isn’t the only great thing about this restaurant, as they are always keeping up with local sports on their multiple TVs.
Food and entertainment aren’t the only great things about Walk-Ons, because they are always hiring. There are multiple positions to apply for such as Kitchen Staff, Line Cook, Server, Bartender, Dishwasher, Busser, and more. The application process is great, as you can quickly apply online by sending an email and uploading a resume. The applications can be found on the Walk-Ons website.
Overall, it should be a good place to hang out with friends and family, or even by yourself if you’re feeling it. There are lots of good opportunities for getting a job, and I would say that Walk-Ons has a lot of potential in our area.
