As you probably are aware, the Boston Marathon was bombed by, allegedly, two Russian dudes in snapbacks. This information was gathered via a public survey, of sorts, where witnesses (anyone that happened to be there) sent in their cell phone pictures and surveillance videos to the Boston Police Department. These two gentlemen were seen walking in close proximity of each other with backpacks. Inside these backpacks were, allegedly, improvised explosive devices, or IEDs, packed inside of pressure cookers. The explosives were detonated twelve seconds apart. Three people were killed and many, many others were injured. Injuries include the general shrapnel damage, plus a large number of individuals who lost limbs.
The search for the culprits went on for a few days while the Police went through a ridiculous amount of photos. During this time, however, journalistic integrity suffered. Both FOX News and CNN reported unconfirmed information, or hearsay, that there was at least one suspect in custody. They have recently corrected themselves, however, with this statement taken from an article:
“Sources previously told CNN that a suspect was in custody, but both Boston police and the FBI denied that any arrests had been made.”

And that is the end of that. For some reason, these gentlemen with the snapbacks decided that, despite the unnaturally “hot” environment, it was a good idea to turn over a 7/11 and steal a Mercedes, without having changed outfits first. So they were found, followed, and shot at. One police officer has died, and another is severely injured. One of these Russian gentlemen is also dead, and the other is probably going to be soon. He is believed to be held up in a place called Watertown, and all of the residents have been ordered to stay inside and off the road. These residents can look out of their window and enjoy the view of tactical teams strolling through their neighborhood.
Let’s see how long he can maintain, and whether he decides to finally take that hat off. Wait. Breaking news. Has he been captured or not captured? It really depends on the news source.
