With tonight’s temperature plummeting to a frigid nine degrees, the Madison area can agree that it is cold outside. Inside Out Ministries, located at 103 Gin Oaks Court, is aware that the cold means more than frost on window panes. Inside Out is opening its facility to the community as a warming station from 8 PM to 8 AM, Thursday through Saturday, to help people without a dependable heat source stay warm. In order to do this, Inside Out Ministries needs volunteers. If you are interested in helping others make it through this cold snap, call 256-325-5193 to get involved.

My name is Casey Marley. I am a senior at Bob Jones, and a part time college student. After taking Multimedia Design and working on Patriot Pages last year, I realized that I have a passion and talent for writing. With that in mind, I now plan on majoring in communications at UAB next fall. When I'm not in school, I love making/drinking coffee, listening to music and spending time outdoors.
