Inside Out Ministries, located at 103 Gin Oaks Court, is aware that the cold means more than frost on window panes. Inside Out is opening its facility to the community as a warming station from 8 PM to 8 AM, Thursday through Saturday, to help people without a dependable heat source stay warm.
