Esports Champions Again

On Friday, Bob Jones Esports took a trip to the Magic City ePlex in Birmingham and “dominated in the Alabama Esports State Championships.”

Rocket League attested their dominance for their 5th consecutive state championship title against Athens High School winning “4-0 in a best of 7 series.” Team members Josh Vannoy, Luke Scherer, Max Dunkerly, Mateo Santiago, and Jarrett Stephens continue to rule the arena.

Madden- Jabari Salaam is now in possession of “the only two State Champion titles ever competed for in Madden ‘22” after competing against WP Davidson winning 2-0 “in a best of 3 series.”

BJHS esports program now holds seven total State Championship titles since their first season in Spring of 2019.”
