Bob Jones High School Air Force JROTC Physical Fitness Team (PT) participated for the first time in the Tuscaloosa Gauntlet on April 1, 2023. This competition consisted of a 5k obstacle course race with U.S. Marine Corps regulation obstacles which included 8-foot walls, a 20-foot rope climb, rings, sandbags, and mud…lots of mud. Located in Tuscaloosa, Alabama, this course tests your strength, endurance, agility, and teamwork.

The Tuscaloosa Gauntlet obstacle course is not for the faint of heart. It’s designed to push you to your limits and test your physical and mental toughness. But our three PT teams were up for the challenge, it was a thrilling and rewarding experience when all teams crossed the finish line!
