After a hiatus because of standardized testing during the month of October, Patriot Path is back! This was also the first Patriot Path in which freshmen got to participate fully as they completed their advisory orientation during the first nine-weeks.
This week students had the opportunity to have $1 rootbeer floats, watch Coco while sipping cocoa, play Nintendo Switch, sing in a gospel choir, find their zen, play instruments, work on crafts for mission trips, compete in a scarecrow scavenger hunt, play in numerous sports, or explore clubs. Of course, there was also the option of catching up on school work, tutoring, and make-up tests in quiet rooms.
If you have ideas for something that you’d like to experience during Patriot Path, email your suggestions to Mr. Kevin Smart or Mrs. Thaxton. Remember to sign up for your paths by Wednesday at noon.
