Bob Jones Air Force JROTC does not receive any funding from Madison City Schools and must rely on funds raised in order to operate. The cadet corps often gets creative with fundraising, having hosted car wash coupon sales, and even selling Krispy Kreme donuts at its drill competitions.
The week before spring break, the cadets decided to give Double Good pop-up shop popcorn sales a try. And wow – what a popping success! Each cadet set up their own shop, customized it to their liking, and then shared the link to their pop-up store with friends and family members. This fundraiser started on March 03, 2024, at 5:00 pm and ended on March 07, 2024 at 5:00 pm. In four days of selling, JROTC sold $18,865 in popcorn, earning the cadet corps a total of $9,432.50. FOUR DAYS! Thank you to all who participated and supported BJHS Air Force JROTC!
