On 26 March 2025, Bob Jones AFJROTC cadets went to CrossPointe Church to assist them in setting up their main hall. 41 cadets attended the service event and helped with breaking down and arranging the room. Cadets were also given amazing food from Eggs Up Grill before the work started. The cadets were tasked with rolling out tables, moving chairs, and spacing and reorganizing the new chairs. The staff were extremely helpful and showed cadets how to space the chairs utilizing marked rods and string. They also provided the food, for which the cadets were extremely grateful.

The unit strives to help the community, and this is just one of the ways they do it. One of the cadets who consistently shows up for the CrossPointe service events, C/Danielle Roberts, says, “Helping out with the church was honestly a big honor. I’m extremely happy that I get to work with my fellow cadets to help out.” Overall, this service event was a major success, and both the unit and the staff at CrossPointe agree that there will be more.
