Peer Helpers are currently doing a campaign on Seasonal Depression. If you don’t know what seasonal depression is, it’s a type of Depression that only occurs in a certain season or time of the year. It can be in the summer or even at Christmas time, but the majority of people get seasonal depression around January and February because of many reasons. This could be due to a lack of money after Christmas and a lack of sunlight, which can disrupt your internal clock.

Hi! My name is Chloe, and I’m an 11th grader. In my free time, I dance at NADC. I’ve been there for 12 years now, and I couldn’t be happier. After graduating, I plan on attending Mississippi State. I am in NEHS. I would highly recommend it :)
