On February 15, 2025, Bob Jones AFJROTC competed at Oak Mountain State Park with the Birmingham Vulcan Orienteering Club, under the direction of Dr Major Melissa Lacey, Coach L. Parker, and Coach G. Jenson. Bob Jones registered 15 cadets, who were split into 4 teams competing in multiple courses on different levels of difficulty. The teams consist of a variety of members; some of these cadets have been competing for Bob Jones AFJROTC for many years now, and some have just started competing this year. We are very proud to say we have had much success in all of our competitions. During the competition, our teams placed 1st, 3rd, 5th, and 7th in their respective courses. These outstanding cadets are an amazing example of excellence, a core value in both Bob Jones and Bob Jones AFJROTC.
