On March 20, 2025, the Bob Jones ROTC Raider Team went on a media day field trip to Tuscaloosa, Alabama, to check out and try the obstacle course. Several obstacles had to be faced, including balance beams, wall hurdles, weaver, and other challenges.

A conversation with Mr. Lee Busby, who was in charge of media day, revealed his thoughts on the experience. He expressed that it was a great opportunity and that he was pleased with the team’s visit to the course. He also provided information about the upcoming competition, mentioning that there would be about 700 runners or participants making up approximately 70 teams. Additionally, he noted that active military personnel would be competing for prize money.

After enjoying the obstacle course, everyone headed over to Baumhower’s Victory Grille for amazing food. Overall, the media day was a success, with the team learning and trying out the obstacle course, concluding the day with a meal.
