Mrs. Schutzbach’s and Mrs. Tarter’s Calculus A Honors classes took part in a helicopter optimization project. Students had to cut out paper helicopters and different-sized wings, which they would attach to the helicopter before testing. Students were given a formula to calculate which optimal wing length would be used next for testing. This project created a relaxed environment where students could work on math and have fun doing it.

Kennedy Booker, Writer, Photographer
My name is Kennedy like John F. Kennedy, and I have the luck of a Kennedy. I'm a senior, and I'll probably graduate. I'm currently wanting to focus on photography and filmmaking. You can find me writing hard-hitting stories and voicing my opinion too much.
That is all.
