Any given desk, in any given classroom, could be a breeding ground for dangerous bacteria that could carry viruses like the stomach virus or the flu. All too often, these bacteria go unchecked, multiplying and spreading from student to student.
The halls, and the students, of Bob Jones High School needed a hero; someone to challenge the bacteria, and make safe again the halls of Bob Jones. The Bob Jones High School Key Club is that hero.
Last week, members of the Key Club travelled far and wide to purge these halls of the bacterial menace. Wielding their disinfectant, they hewed down every germ that got in their way.
“I think this service project is a great way for students to give back to their teachers!” said a very enthusiastic English teacher, Ms. Krystine Roberts. It’s safe to say that every student and teacher at Bob Jones can sleep a little sounder at night knowing that they’re microorganism foes are temporarily subdued.
