Impact Aid Forms Due ASAP

In an e-mail sent to parents, Mrs. Lambert stated, “Federal Impact Aid Parent/Pupil Survey Form went home with your student yesterday during 2nd block. It is very important that you complete the form, sign and return this form to school by September 27. Whether you work on Federal Property or not we need you to complete this form for each child you have enrolled at Bob Jones. The forms bring in extra federal funding for our school district.”
Here are two options for making sure your form gets turned in:
1. Send in signed form with your student to their second block teacher.
OR
2. You can scan or take a picture of the completed Impact Aid Form and upload to this link. You will need to complete this link for EACH student you have attending BJHS.
