The Madison Public Library is hosting several fun events for teens on Tuesday, September 16. The library is located at 142 Plaza Blvd, Madison, AL 35758, right across from Phaze 3 fitness. It’s also National Library Card Sign Up month, so if you’ve never been, this is the perfect time to get a library card.
First, there will be a Teen Takeover in the Young Adult Room.
If you like Dungeons and Dragons, you can meet up with other teens at 4:00 pm in the Program Room. This group explores various types of tabletop gaming, but Dungeons and Dragons is a fan favorite.
Then at 6:00 pm, the Madison Historical Association will be sharing locally inspired ghost stories. Jacque Reeves, co-founder of the Huntsville Ghost Walk and acclaimed author of books on true crime, history, and the supernatural, will be sharing stories. If you’re ready to get in the mood for Halloween, this could be perfect. It’s open to all ages.
The Next Chapter Book Club will also be meeting at 6:00.
If you’re looking for something fun to do, be sure to drop by the library Tuesday evening.
